Today we are looking towards the power of Compassion to change the way we live our lives and relate to others. Compassion means to understand others' pain, to cultivate the deep intention to help them and then translate this into action. It has selfless, unconditional and limitless qualities.
Introducing Compassion Based Living into workplaces and homelife, has been shown to vastly improve relationships and feelings of wellbeing.
Guided workshops and courses are offered on-site and at venues in North Yorkshire for individuals and groups.
