Staying Well Course.
An eight session online course which was specifically developed during lockdown to help teams working from home or in isolated offices. Based on mindfulness methods and self-resilient practices the course content gives a solid foundation in mindfulness to help with anxiety and stress-related issues. It also serves the purpose of connecting team members in a safe and comfortable way relieving negative feelings associated with working in isolation. The course includes email hand-outs as a reference to the practices and insights and audio meditations.
